Dream Come True Foundation To Be Represented by Carol Kallendorf at Q Commons Event

Dream Come True Foundation co-founder Carol Kallendorf, PhD will be a featured speaker at Q Commons, a national event in the style of a "Ted Talk", broadcast live from the Covenant Presbyterian Church, Thursday, October 13, 2016. Austin will join with thousands of attendees in 83 cities across America for messages of service and hope. Amy Sint, wife of Dream Come True board member, Dr. Thaw Sint, members of Covenant, have worked with Covenant Presbyterian leadership so that Dream Come True is included as one of three organizations chosen to be featured; a very unique honor.

Carol's talk is titled "Disrupting the Cycle of Poverty in Austin", and she will discuss the transformative power of A DREAM. She will highlight the beginning stories of Dream Come True Foundation Dream

Achievers as faces of poverty and how their achieved dreams exemplify the potential locked within poverty which can be set free with a dream, the human connection of mentoring and the right set of resources.

Q Commons is a live learning experience that challenges attendees to stay curious, think well, and advance good in their communities. Q Commons events take place both locally and nationally, with national speakers streamed to US cities, and punctuated at the local level with live presenters in each participating city.
